We pride ourselves on being able to give our customers a personal and professional service. From the moment we are instructed to carry out repairs to your vehicle you can be assured that you will have the best customer care from all of our staff. We are insurance company approved and work with most of the major insurance companies so you can be certain that when you come to us you are getting a service that is of high quality. We can also liaise with the insurance company direct so that you don't need to worry about making phone calls during the day when most of us are at work. Digital images can be taken of your vehicle for your reference and our free estimates are raised on one of our insurance-recognised estimating systems, Audatex or TTS Autoclaims. We can keep you informed of the progress of your vehicle via e-mail or telephone. We operate a management system which monitors the progress of each vehicle brought into us. When we receive a telephone call, we can indicate to the customer what stage their vehicle is at instantly without having to check with our workshop. This management system also indicates if any vehicle is at risk of not making the estimated completion date and alerts us. We can then identify the problem and respond accordingly so that we can still meet the deadline.
