Patterson Accident Repairs offers a full and dedicated service from recovery of the vehicle and delivery of a courtesy car direct, right through to the delivery of the completed vehicle and collection of the courtesy car.

We are situated at the end of the A14 on the edge of Felixstowe in Suffolk, home to one of Europe's largest container ports, approximately 1 hour from Cambridge and Norwich, 30 minutes from Colchester and 10 minutes from Ipswich we cover all the IP and CO postcode areas and most NR codes.

Our delivery and collection service comes free of charge with our 4.5 tonne Mercedes Sprinter recovery vehicle Our courtesy cars are also free of charge.  Estimating can be carried out at our premises or if required at the insured's or drivers home address or place of work.  This gives you more control and less disruption of your day-to-day routine.

Digital images can be taken for your reference and estimates are raised on either one of our insurance-recognised estimating systems.  Audatex of TTS Auto Claims we can keep you informed of the progress of your vehicle via e-mail or telephone.  Also in place, we have an online tracking system called Claim watch, which is updated twice a day.  You can log in and check the progress of the driver's vehicle yourself at your own convenience.

Our reception office operates a management system which monitors the progress of each vehicle brought into us.  When we receive a telephone call, our reception team can indicate to the customer what stage their vehicle is at instantly without having to check with the workshop.

The management system also indicates if any vehicle is at risk of not making the estimated completion date and alerts us. We can then identify the problem and respond accordingly so that we can still meet the deadline, if we experience a problem beyond our control and the repairs cannot be met by the completion date, we will inform you as soon as possible.
