Our delivery and collection service comes free of charge with our 4.5 tonne Mercedes Sprinter recovery vehicle Our courtesy cars are also free of charge.

We are situated at the end of the A14 on the edge of Felixstowe in Suffolk, home to one of Europe's largest container ports, approximately 1 hour from Cambridge and Norwich, 30 minutes from Colchester and 10 minutes from Ipswich we cover all the IP and CO postcode areas and most NR codes.

Patterson Accident Repairs offers a full and dedicated service from recovery of the vehicle and delivery of a courtesy car direct, right through to the delivery of the completed vehicle and collection of the courtesy car.

Established in 1988, we have steadily grown and recently increased our premises to 6,500 sq ft, with ample car parking.  The company is a member of three recognised associations, MVRA, VBRA and FSB.
